Graphical Changes (Formerly: "New Layout!")

Dan's random new layout design. The new logo was made for the old layout so I KNOW it doesnt fit but I'll do something about it later, it's 1 in the morning and I'm braindeaded =3. The banner has the random dots going into the globe thing i guess it's supposed to be "data" going into "space"? I dunno something like that. Also ppl say the teal is ugly but i cant find another colour D:. Blue is overused already... anyway..

Dan's To Do list:

-fix up banner (no duh) *** done
-fix up the heading (yah i know it's ugly) ***kinda done? =/
-create a set of buttons for the menu ***done
-make new set of ranks **** done if the shoe fits =/
-make a new banner that fits at the top rather than the left (low priority atm)

tell me stuff to do and i'll update this if i can be bothered. you guys should submit some banners and stuff too =3.
